From booking to getting your photos! 『 RW Booking Info 』

Want to book with us but not quite sure how this whole process works? Let us guide you!

Keep reading this post to see the flow from choosing your photoshoot date, all the way to getting your photos.

Step 1: Choose your photoshoot package and date

Here at Ryukyu Wedding, we offer a variety of photoshoot packages! Please choose the one that best fits your wants and needs. To further customize your experience with us, check out our add-on options as well.

The time required for your photoshoot varies depending on the packages and add-on options chosen.

In possible, please prepare 3 available dates in addition to the photoshoot package and add-on options before contacting us.

Step 2: Contact us for our availabile dates

Please contact us via LINE or email to check if we have your desired dates available for you in our studios.

Please note that replies in English may be delayed depending on staff schedules.

When contacting us, please make sure to provide us with the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. How many people will be in the photoshoot (e.g. 4 people. Myself, my wife, and two children)
  3. Your email or phone number (if living Japan)
  4. Desired photoshoot package
  5. 3 dates available (1st choice / 2nd choice / 3rd choice)

Step 3: Confirm your booking

After contacting us and making a booking with your desired date and photoshoot package, we will email with the following confirm your booking:

  1. Photoshoot package
  2. Photoshoot date
  3. Photoshoot schedule
  4. Payment method
  5. Any questions from us

Please be sure to reply to this email as soon as possible. Before payment is made in full, we can only hold your booking for up to two weeks.

Step 4: Make payment

Also included in the confirmation email outlined above in Step 3 is a link to make the payment for your photoshoot. Please make the payment with your credit card.

We use Square or Coubic.com for payments depending on your booking details. Please be assured that both websites are secure and accept international credit cards.

Please note that this payment page will be deleted if you don’t complete your payment 1 month before your photoshoot.

Step 5: Your reservation is confirmed!

Once we have confirmed that payment has been made, we will contact you with your confirmed booking details, as well as more information about our studio.

This information includes:

  • What you need to do before your photoshoot
  • How to get to our studio
  • Our cancellation policy

Step 6: 【 To-do 】 10 Days Before

In the same confirmation message above, you will find a link to our Hearing Form, which is an online form for you to:

  • Fill in your information and measurements
  • Choose your desired outfits
  • Make any requests with us

Please fill in this form up to one week before your photoshoot. This is so that we can ensure that your outfits and requests can be prepared.

At this point, please also let us know if you would like to add and Add-on Options to your photoshoot so we can adjust your photoshoot schedule and make preparations if necessary.

※ Please note: Due to time constraints, we may not be able to honor any requests or add-on options if made less than one week before your photoshoot.

Step 7: The day before

On the day before your photoshoot, we will contact you via LINE or email once more to confirm all the details for your photoshoot, namely:

  • Photoshoot package
  • Photoshoot date
  • Add-on Options chosen (if any)
  • Photoshoot schedule
  • Chosen outfits
  • Number of people
  • Requests

We will also send you a Google maps link to our studio as well as an online guide on how to get there.

Step 8: Arriving at our studio

Welcome to our studio! Before starting anything, we will first go through your booking details with you as well as the schedule for the day.

If you have any poses or shots that you would like to take, please also discuss with our staff at this time. If you have LINE, we will be making a LINE group for easy communication between you and our staff.

After confirming everything, we will head to our bridal room to try on your chosen outfits, followed by hair and makeup!

※ Please note: If you booked a photographer-only package, we will meet you at the shooting location instead of the studio. In this case, no outfits or hair and makeup are included.

Step 9: Enjoy your photoshoot!

After hair and makeup and changing into your wedding outfits, we’ll start your photoshoot as outlined in your schedule!

Just enjoy your time with your spouse and let us pamper you and guide you!

Step 10: Getting your photos

We will send your photos (and videos, if included your booking) via a Google Drive link through either the group LINE chat mentioned above, or through email.

If a group LINE is made, we will also send you sharing-size (smaller, compressed photos for sharing on social media) photos in a LINE gallery for easy viewing and sharing.

The Google Drive link mentioned above will contain full-size photos compatible for printing or inserting into your wedding slideshow. Please note that there is a deadline for downloading your photos, and make sure to download all your photos to your PC or laptop before the deadline.

You can also order a DVD of your photos, or a custom photo album at this time. Please feel free to contact our staff for more information.
